I absolutely love this book. It explains everything about making bread in a bread machine, including what happens in each stage. There are baker's hints, measurement equivalents, how to create your own recipes, making a 1, 1 1/2, and 2 pound loaf in easy step by step directions. Glossary of flours and even gluten free recipes are included. I will use this book for years to come!Debbie
