No more bread deprivation!
The first recipe in this cookbook made the best loaf of bread I've ever tasted in my life! I've only been gf for four months. Grocery store gf bread doesn't look at all appealing to me. A dear friend got a new bread machine at her aunt's yard sale for me for $3, so I began my search for a gf breadmaking cookbook. I won't ever need another one! The recipes in this one have a great taste and texture, and the ingredients aren't hard to find at all. The breads freeze well, so there is never any reason to waste a single crumb. I even use the recipes to make up my own bread mixes with all the dry ingredients that are called for. I put them in good quality zipper freezer bags in the freezer and let them set out on the countertop to get to room temperature before adding the wet ingredients in the bread machine. If you or someone you love has to eat gf, you cannot go wrong with this cookbook.GFMaggy

The recipes make great tasting bread, much better than the store bought gluten free products they try to pass as bread. There is great variety to choose from, including bread with lots of seeds and flavor. (The only grain I didn't care for was Amaranth, very strong.) You will not be disappointed with this book. Make sure you adjust for high altitude if necessary as it is for us in Denver. All I do is reduce the yeast by 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon and it turns out well.ps8318
